My golden onemillionth Thunderbird has not been in an ITC Concourse. I have attended five conventions over the years and have always wanted to bring my ’72. I did not have a trailer or tow vehicle, so the car stayed in the garage. I will not drive it to a show. My T-Bird is original, un-restored, a very nice car, and not perfect. It has 56,000 miles and is now 32 years old (built June 22, 1972). I now have an E-250 Ford van that is set up for towing. All I need is a trailer, so my T-Bird can be at the 2005 ITC Waukesha convention. I am looking to lease, rent or borrow a `20-`24 foot enclosed car hauler. An entry/exit door on the left would be handy. |

Do you have, or know of, a trailer (within 200 miles of CR) that I can use? Bob Peterson, Cedar Rapids, IA 319-364-6859.
When a classy looking T-Bird rolls down a street, just watch the smiles on people’s faces when they see the car. Romanticism is part of every Thunderbird; this is what drew me to the Thunderbird automobile when I was very young. It continues to do so today. I am quite sure that my fellow ITC members will say the same thing. Just as thousands of other Thunderbird owners, past owners, future owners, and enthusiasts would say. You know what I mean. I’ll see you in 2005 at Waukesha!
