Everyone should try to plan on coming a few days before the convention begins, or to stay a few days after it’s over, in order to check out some of the wonderful things Wisconsin has to offer.

- See the state capitol building in Madison, WI less than an hour west of the convention site. It is considered the best architecturally in the country www.wisconsin.gov/state/core/wisconsin_state_capitol_tour.html .
- Visit Taliesin www.taliesinpreservation.org/, in Spring Green, WI. Taliesin was architect Frank Lloyd Wright’s home and studio during most of his career.
- The Wisconsin Dells www.dells.com/, a great resort area with lots of things to see and do.
- Circus World Museum in Baraboo, WI near the Dells www.circusworldmuseum.com/
